Radiant Floor Heating
Heating homes with radiant floor tubing systems is one of the most effective means of providing warmth. In the Mid South, when purchasing a radiant floor heating system, the client is usually purchasing two heating systems; one for the floor and another for the duct work. If the budget allows, Radiant Floor Heating, especially when it is coupled with a geothermal heat pump system, is a very efficient and comfortable way to bring heat to your home.
Duct Leakage Remediation
Duct leakage is a primary source for high energy bills and poor indoor air quality. These issues can be eliminated by properly sealing all leakage. Codes require less than 12% leakage in HVAC duct. Engineered Comfort achieves between 2-5% duct leakage on every home to maximize efficiency and has done so since 2001 because regardless of the codes, that is the right way to do it.
Gas Piping
Gas piping falls under mechanical permits that we pull for our HVAC systems in the Middle Tennessee area. We are able to run connect HVAC systems, kitchen appliances, fireplaces, water heaters, grills, fire pits, and anything else that your home may need.
